I Paint to Escape
As far as I can remember, I have always been a big dreamer brimming with ideas. I often found myself doing things differently from my peers. I was fascinated by feminine curves. And when I started painting, they were my first subject of study. After studying abstract expressionists' works and their correlation with that of psychoanalysts, I realized everything I was looking for through these representations. My pieces are now more abstract and full of symbols linked to the creation of the world, the process of artistic creation, and the inner search for spiritual elevation.
I Am Escaping Inside of Me
My work is quite reflective. I paint without overthinking, using my hands, sand, and brushes. After this inner visit, I take time to see what my subconscious would have wanted to transmit through that artwork.
